Miss my blog, and while Im still here I can update. I went for a spa treat today at De Wajah Spa at Alam Sentral courtesy of Mom. It was soooo relaxing ! They charge more than Serenity, however the facial is superb and inclusive of shoulder massage ! Amazing! I dont know about anyone else, but I am not a fan of soft massages, the harder the better. I loved the fact that the beauticians massaged me firmly and I can feel tension drains away. Its been awhile since mom and I had 'swollen' faces too! ;) We were served a concoction of ginger,cinnamon sticks and whatnots and it was nice albeit a little spicyyy ! Treatment starts at rm 90. Go check it out ppl !

Mika- Songs For Sorrow.

Mika , the singing sensation will be releasing an EP titled Songs for Sorrow and three songs are already released at his website. So soothing and so melodic. It have the potential of being a hit wonder like his previous Life In a Cartoon Motion yet bringing a new touch. He might also be releasing the EP along with a book featuring his fashion muses. Second blow.

A day after the first,Malaysia has confirmed its second swine flu case. Thoughts go out to all of us who might be exposed to the virus. If you are in the plane, do report yourselves and stop risking others. If you are Malaysians in any risky places and have no urgency to return, stay where you are.

Happy Teachers Day.

First and foremost, a Happy teachers Day to all my former and present teachers. I am not sure whether to extend this wish to Puan Norlida, my beloved mother who is a teacher by profession but has been promoted against her wish to Kementerian Pelajaran and now have to work behind the desk. Ill wish her anyway. She loves being a teacher.


Mas still have not received the stuff that the girl took. You know thief, Mas is an anak yatim. If you took stuff from an anak yatim, it is more of a sin. Enough said. Buat status alim2 pandai, tapi mencuri. Macam mana tue ?

I hate messes on the floor.No matter how messy my room is, my floor is always clear of clutters. Dont you hate clutters ? Adik and I previously maintain it that way, and I guess I shall maintain it when I move.

A lot of ppl asked me about my fighting with an ex friend. Dearies, I do not bitch about my ex friends. If they want or already did do the bitching, they are most welcome to it. I let Allah deal with it. I will only deal with it if it hurts my reputation so badly. As for seeking comfirmation, I have known for years, and 10 people have told me the same story. After all these years, why only now that she wants me to seek confirmation ? What about all those years when she can explain but she didn;t? What hurts the most was after I endured that and I was blamed when I am truly blur. Ok,enough said.

Malaysia confirms first swine flu case: health official

Malaysia confirmed Friday its first case of swine flu, the country's top health official said.

"I can confirm (that it) is the first case in Malaysia," Health Ministry Director General Ismail Merican told AFP.

Merican's confirmation followed a statement from the health ministry giving details of the country's first case.

"The patient is a 21-year-old male student who had just returned from the United States on May 13, 2009 and who was down with fever, sore throat and body aches on May 14," it said.

"This is the first A(H1N1) flu case found in Malaysia," the statement added.

It said the patient went into the Sungai Buloh quarantine facility in central Selangor state on the same evening and is now in a stable condition.

It urged all passengers who travelled on the Malaysian airlines flight MH091 from Newark in the United States to Kuala Lumpur that landed at 7.15am on May 13 to contact the ministry for further instructions.

The ministry said it had so far received 11 flu-like cases for investigation with all the patients warded and isolated for monitoring.

"All these cases showed symptoms of flu and had a history of visiting countries infected with the outbreak (but) all their clinical samples had been sent to institute for medical research for lab tests and tested negative," it said.

On Tuesday, the government urged its citizens to defer travel to the US, Mexico, Canada, Spain and Britain following reported cases of swine flu in those countries.

Health authorities have installed 20 thermal scanners at the country's entry points to help detect cases with 9,324 passengers screened so far.

The latest World Health Organisation figures show the number of laboratory-confirmed swine flu cases worldwide is 6,497 in 33 countries. A total of 65 people have died from the disease, most of them in Mexico, WHO figures show.

I have this housemate, she stole 8 pairs or less clothing from my other housemate Mas and we did not know until she was caught wearing them. Noticing that we noticed, she apparently decided not to wash etc cut the story, we called a house meeting where Amal, my other housemate bombarded her indirectly. Apparently feeling the heat, she made faces at all of us. Dude, you're the one who steals, and YOU made faces ? Buat lawak laa kau nie. Ha Ha.. The bombarding was so discreet (ex: Takkan kite nak bergaya tapi pakai barang org,tak best laa), no name was mentioned and no conduct visibly directed to her. She admitted her own mistake, it seems. Your guilty heart always betrays you. I told Mas to report it, but she was too kind hearted and wanted the girl to return it silently, as agreed during house meeting. But, till now nada. So we are thinking of resorting to an ustaz because we do not want to shame her. Because we;re princesses.Oh, she stole my scarf it seems, and my bolero because when i made a ym status of wanting my stuff back,she went offline and now making 'uglier than sin'' expressions at me. Have you ever met a thief like this ?

Bons-Bons

Today in history, I was given a shot in the butt during my adulthood due to high fever. Crikes ! So lesson learned, and must must maintain at least 10 glasses of plain water daily and less oily and spicy foods!

Btw, today I saw Behnam Chaparifar's facebook where he declared he wanted to punch Malaysians. I asked why and he said it was meant to some,not all. But that is quite unfair to label Malaysians right ? I personally wished some Persians will be cut off from their private parts but I do not label all Iranians. Hmmph.

Grumpy and lethargic due to high fever. Used to crave ice creams only,now appetite slowly back with cravings for tomyam goong and satay.;)

Exam fever.

I woke up in the middle of the night last night with muscle pain at every muscle i possessed. My throat felt really dry even after bottles of plain water. I decided to take a bath and I was bearable although my throat still feels like sandpaper. When i woke up this morning, oh its a high fever ! Now i cant even study,walk around or do household chores that must be done. Oh, Malacca is too hot I guess. Ibu, I want you...Im not good in handling myself..;(

Bobbi Brown Makeover.

I went with Sarah, and we bought frivolous things and had fun stalking hot hot heat Persians at Pavi Sushi Bar. Amazing race, these Persians, aren't they ? Catching up on hot gossips are lots of fun. Enjoy the pics as I will be on hiatus till finals is over and I am back here. I have a Bandung vacation to catch with the females in my extended family. Mom too. A much needed one, I am sure. With the swine flu, every trip we wanted to take,although in December had to be cancelled or put on watch and parents are having none of that. It is sad,because my cousin is getting married and we cannot go to Perth to attend and other options seems scary. My mom got the theory that all the countries where people imported pigs might have a chance of catching, so we decided to go to Bandung because so far, no cases have been detected and we cannot cancel this trip. Maybe daddy and co will join because the prospect of another nicer holiday seems bleak. I also read an interesting post by a junior, Keshreena Sidhu. She wrote that the swine flu affected less people than AIDS, yet people are more willing to wear surgical-like masks rather than condoms. Good one.;)

Cure.

To escape the MMU craziness, I went back and indulge in food lavishly. Nothing like gluttony and fams to make you feel better. Enjoy the pics, too busy to write. Gosh,like anyone cares lols.;p Tons of my nieces Maysarah and Qilah too..because we are all born camwhores.
