I was lucky enough to be able to attend the Razak Baginda judgment this morning. I met many famous lawyers ( Karpal Singh was there ) and itching to camwhore however I managed to behave. I have the DPPs to answer to,so behaving is better than the other options. When judgment was passed, I was dying to sms my mom but court rules must be adhered to, so I kept silent. Congratulations to the Baginda family. However, Datuk Razman and co are surely under stress now to prepare for the defence trial for the 1st and 2nd accused. ;/. Thanks so much for allowing me to enter Datuk and goodluck with the next trial.
On another different note, the ban on yoga has been given mixed reviews. I absolutely do not understand why we will ban something so healthy. If one were to practice yoga, one will know that yoga consists of controlled breathing and movements that benefit the body and inner health. Calming, soothing. No mantras or whatnots were used. Marina Mahathir wrote that many will comment on her comment, but I too agree on a liberal Islam that promotes peace and health. Issues are getting sillier day by day. Haihh..Should'nt we be ruling fatwas on other serious matters??

Waffle Magic.

I developed an infatuation with my date and after much persuasion and advices, decided to call him. However, as luck would have it, he buzzed me on YM and we started chatting. Eventually we came to a point where we talked about his dream to be a musician and how he crosses all borders from an air steward to pursuing his dream and getting a PR event management job which is so different than what he previously do. He told me that we should all strive for our dreams, even if we fail, at least we will die smiling knowing we tried. He told me of a song, try harder, try harder wasn't good enough. Asad always says when asked of something that he will do for a job, he will say he will surely do it and he believed he will do it. Not just try his best like the rest of us. Magic.
Then I realized, what I feel for him is so much more than just a crush. He inspires me. He is like a symbol that represents that deep down somewhere, I still have the courage to be who I am. It is not easy in a profession where you are dictated on everything except the air that you breathe, but Asad made me believe in the weekends where I shall be myself again and never will this legal attachment or my work will stop me from wearing flipflops and vintage dresses to Chloe where I do not care about the stares.Thank you Waffle, for granting me with the magic of your waffle moments.

2nd and 3rd Days
I am going lame-o. I think all those black and white suits i wore are bad for my soul. It is so against color therapy right ? Running here and there and missing lunches are bad too. It makes me pig out at the end of the day. Working life just doesnt agree with me.
On top of that, I attended court sessions in the High Court for drug trafficking and Murder. The suspects shocked me. I mean, we always think they are these really mean looking guys right, but actually the drug lords were oldies and the accused for murder is a cool guy whom I just love chatting up with during court breaks. I dont know whether it is legal to chat with him, but the police did not stop me so I guess it is ok. I mean, a guy who used his LV bag for fishing is definitely cool. Now the bag is under police custody. I simmer ! I so badly wanted to take pics just to show off to people, but I guess the law does not allow that too.
My bosses are driving me crazy too. They expect me to know the Penal Code, Criminal procedure Code and other procedures like I was doing it for years. Argghh !! I escaped by asking to go to court daily. At least i can chat with hot lawyers ! Lols. Raja Petra trial was amazing too. Yes, I am lucky to be able to glimpse through as I need to review the case for murder.
Till next time people, if I survive lameness. Oh Lynn, I will still be the Legally Blonde Naddy ok ! Just wait ! I already incorporate flipflops in my office, hahahaa...I miss my dresses !!!

First Day
My first day at work, live from AGC Shah Alam. I am really blur, and suddenly expected to remember everything I have learned in all my years at MMU, which I did not and horribly realized I had no clue whatsoever. *Gulp*. On top of that, they blocked most of my favorite websites; Perez and Co. Can I survive ? That remains to be seen. Should have gone to Zaid Ibrahim instead. My mother seems to think that all govt.servants wear traditional attire to work, however here it is really different. The PP and DPPs and APPs all geared up in identical black blazers, white shirts, black boring skirts and pants. I compensate by wearing a-la Vicky B slightly below knee pencil skirt, black and white top and black blazer. Hope its sufficient. Till tomorrow lovers!
Current activity : Reading the AGC website and understanding the organs and its functions.

Happy Hari Raya.

Here is your chance to see the messiness of my grandma's crib during Raya. It is not one of the best Raya, but I miss the food and company. We were so busy so no one took family pics except the one time when we called a photographer to take a family pic since it has been awhile since the whole family gathered and my grandma wants it so we humor her. It was really busy on the day before Raya and during the first Raya but my mom and I cheated by arriving on Raya eve so most of the work was done. Ya, we were lazy. Now i miss nasi ambeng, soto, rendang, and whatnots served on the table during Raya. One thing missing was my favourite pineapple tart made by my Mak Long. I do not like anyone else's pineapple tart because the recipe is different as she used ghee and maybe she raised me so Im used to her cooking. It was almost at the tip of my tongue to request but my mom stopped me.Mak Long is not that healthy and strong anymore. I miss Raya when I was little.;(
Reducing Breast Cancer.by Yahoo
There are several lifestyle changes we can adopt that can directly affect our risk of getting breast cancer — and I'm a firm believer in doing everything we possibly can to reduce that risk.
Here is a list of actions you can start taking today to help your breasts live a healthier life and remain attached to you!
* Exercise 3 times a week. This doesn't mean buying a gym membership or training to be the next Olympic running champ. Power walking around your neighborhood every other day will do it — for 1 hour, 3 times a week. Strut your stuff and reduce your risk. And why not recruit a friend to join you?
* Stick to a low-fat diet. This doesn't mean giving up all sweets and treats, either. Just watch how much of them you eat and don't partake every day. This, along with exercise (see above) will keep your weight within the desired range (which, by the way, is a crucial risk-reducer). Less weight means less body fat and, since we store estrogen in body fat, that's less estrogen for us to be hauling around. This is a brilliant step to take because estrogen is a known promoter and nourisher of breast cancer cells, as well as of cells that are about to mutate into cancerous ones.
* Stop smoking. Quit if you can, and steer clear of secondhand smoke, too. Believe it or not, inhaling cigarette smoke increases the estrogen levels in your bloodstream. Go figure. And research has now proven that secondhand smoke can be just as damaging to our bodies as lighting up the cancer sticks ourselves. The American Cancer Society has reported that if all tobacco products were banished today, then 80 percent of all cancers would vanish as well. Wow.
* Limit your alcohol intake. Alcohol too can increase your risk. Are you a social drinker? That's fine, but limit yourself to one alcoholic beverage a day or less (for a woman, that amounts to 12 oz. of beer, 6 oz. of wine, or 1 oz. of the hard stuff). Doesn't matter what kind of liquor we're talking about, either — beer, wine, or spirits, it's all the same. Say "No thanks" after one drink.
This list, you'll notice, is short but sweet. But please do pay attention to these more healthy behaviors because they are the 4 pillars of breast cancer prevention.

Does Your Bra Fits Perfectly ?
As many as 80 percent of women are actually wearing a bra that is the wrong size for them; it doesn't fit. Why? Because they've never been professionally fitted by a certified fitter.
It's not unusual for a woman's first bra to have been purchased when she was a teen by her mother, and based on what her mother (or the teen herself, or the teen's girlfriends) considered a proper size. So there's a good chance that, from the start, you began wearing a bra that was the wrong size. And over time, perhaps even for decades, you may have continued to either buy the same size and style, or seek the same "look."
Bras are intended to enclose the greater part of your breast tissue — certainly to totally cover your breast mound. The breast's tissue goes up to your clavicle and down to about 2 inches below the band of your bra. So most women are in fact only covering about 70 percent of their breast mound at best, and they're often using their bra as a way of accentuating their cleavage. Is there anything wrong with doing this? Well, it all depends on your size.
For large-breasted women, a poorly fitting bra that allows "spillage" of breast tissue above the top of the cups can cause back problems. Instead of the bra acting as the carrier of her breast tissue (which can weigh a considerable amount), her shoulders end up doing the heavy lifting. This phenomenon is especially evident when, after someone has removed her bra, you can see marked indentations where the bra straps have cut into her shoulder areas. This is due to the weight of the breasts being out in front and pulling downward.
Another reason not to wear a too-small bra — or no bra at all — is that the Cooper's ligaments, which normally support the breast tissue and make our breasts look "perky," get stretched out — elongated, in essence. This results in breasts that droop, a condition known as "Cooper's droop," so that the nipples slowly begin to point south and the breasts feel heavier.
Even small-breasted women who decide they are small enough (or daring enough?) to go braless are subject to Cooper's droop. Thereafter, in order for their breasts to regain their old attractiveness, they must be enclosed in a bra to support them.
No matter what your age is, if you've never been properly fitted by a certified fitter, make a point of doing so. Check at your local department stores to see if they advertise having a certified fitter on hand. Many Nordstrom stores, for example, offer this service. You will be surprised by your new bra size and, even better, pleased with the way you look and feel, inside and out.

For me, I was measured by the sales assistant at Triumph when I got my first bra at the size of 75A. Over time, I never fail to be measured by sales assistants before I got my bras. However, certain bras needs to be altered at the straps. Therefore, when cups are not your problems but your straps are too loose or too tight, ask the sales assistants to adjust it for you. My suggestion will be to bring back your old bras too. La Senza salesgirls have no problems catering to this, another kudos point !

The World is Perverted.
THIS
THIS
THIS LOSER, and THIS LOSER.
Why is the world, albeit still a beautiful place, slowly turning into this lunatics infested nation ?? People will go through great lengths to hurt someone they barely know, and for what? Those people did nothing to you, jerks! As if this is not enough, we are also overwhelmed with the existence of losers running amok for free loving from anyone at any costs. The tears and expectations of the girls they hurt are nothing for them compared to the pleasure of a few random relationships to satisfy their insanity before moving on. Sad, indeed.
p/s : And you guys still argue why I never returned his shirt ? I am standing up to him. It is just a shirt, but it means a lot to him and when he sees me in it, or feel its loss, he will know how all those girls feel. Good for him.
