This is the new single from the amazing Ning Baizura. Is it just me, or did the song reminded me of Kylie Minogue and Janet Jackson all together? In the words of Perez Hilton, this is the song Nicole Sherzinger wish she had ! Ning Baizura certainly has done us proud with this toe-bumping, catchy tune. Age of Pollution is simply a breakthrough from the normal tunes that has polluted our industry.I simply love the lyric, and the music.Although this is produced in London, and some might argue that it is no wonder this song is great as it was produced there, i must say that we have to give a HUGE credit to Ning Baizura herself for making this a masterpiece. Just imagine if William Hung is singing this.No offense though.Thanks MrM for the introduction. Now, instead of crooning Kylie's songs, we can now croon Ning baizura and be proud.

Kak Eza's Wedding*updated*

I think this is an entry which has long been overdue, and it has several version from other bloggers. But as this is a significant event, i believe a post written by myself will be vital.

I was given the privilege to attend Kak Eza's wedding last weekend, she is my former housemate and I regard the Mirilyeas (the gang in which she is in) as sisters. two days after the famous Valentine's Day.The event was an elegant yet simple ceremony, with all the glitters of a grand event without the intimidating parts. The food was a lavish spread and were all sumptuous. The nikah, was a teary part but fortunately none was shed publicly. I believe mere words do not suffice to describe such a magical event, as magical often accompanied friends' weddings.Therefore i will keep this short and simple.


The groom took merely a few minutes, with one akad to make the bride his. That in itself is an amazing thing. With a warm congratulations to them both, and a prayer for everlasting romance,I bid adieu to my readers.Till next time.

Trip to Prime Minister's Office

Today my classmates and I were given an opportunity to visit the equivalent of White House for Malaysia, the office of our Prime Minister. We departed from Malacca at 8 am and arrived at Putrajaya at 10. After strict security inspections, we were ushered into the Gallery, Lobby and the Protocol Entrance, where the Prime Minister will greet international delegates before receiving them to his office.We were also given a briefing at the Press Room on Putrajaya and why it was chosen as the central for the Federal Government. After the numerous informations given, we were served with heavy refreshments and were ushered back to the waiting bus.

One might think it is the end of out visit.However, we were given another opportunity, to visit the famous Pavilion! We were given from 2pm to 6pm to indulge ourselves in material luxuries that Pavilion offers. It was an amazing stop as we enjoyed ourselves tremendously.Yours truly also indulged on the sale at Jaspal, Needless to say, we arrived in Malacca with contentment in our very bones and looking forward for any trips our good Law Society will offer next.

Sabah, Borneo (northeast tip of the island), Malaysia and occasionally into East Kalimantan, Indonesia

Why is this species important?

They are cute, as they have babyish faces, larger ears, longer tails that reach almost to the ground and are more rotund.They are small ,the males may only grow to less than 2.5 meters, while other Asian elephants grow up to 3 meters.They are friendly especially the mothers and the babies as they often extend their trunks to visitors at the Lok Kawi Zoo which is also a reason as to why visitors are strictly prohibited to get too close or feed them, and yes they do try to get near you, and for some unexplained reasons, i think they looked like they were smiling warmly at us.These elephants are also less aggressive than other Asian elephants.



Major Habitat Type
Concentrated in Sabah, particularly the floodplain, tributaries and the upper catchment of the Kinabatangan River - but their route has been cut off by illegal loggers and the elephants have not been there in years. They occasionally range into East Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Their significance
Until recently the pygmy elephants of Borneo were believed to be a remnant population of a domesticated herd abandoned on the island by the Sultan of Sulu in the 17th century. But a 2003 DNA analysis carried out by WWF and Columbia University proved that the pygmy elephants were genetically distinct from other Asian elephants, thereby recognizing it as a likely new subspecies and emphasizing its conservation priority.

According to the DNA evidence these elephants were isolated about 300,000 years ago from their cousins on mainland Asia and Sumatra. During that period, they became smaller with relatively larger ears, longer tails and straighter tusks.

The evolutionary history of Borneo's elephants justifies their recognition as a separate evolutionary significant unit (ESU)

Which Is Better: Butter or Margarine?

In TV commercials and in supermarkets across the country, butter and margarine face off in an effort to win over consumers. But which is considered South Beach Diet-friendly?

The answer is trans-fat-free margarine. The reason lies in the different types of fats contained in butter and margarine. Butter, made from animal fats, is high in artery-clogging saturated fats. Margarine, on the other hand, is made with vegetable oil, so it contains mainly polyunsaturated fat. But don't be deceived! While margarine contains less saturated fat than butter, the hard varieties (like stick margarine) are high in dangerous trans fats.

Trans fats are manufactured in a process called hydrogenation, in which liquid vegetable oils are transformed into solid fats. Trans fats are used in foods like crackers, cookies, and pastries to improve their flavor and texture and to extend their shelf life. Like saturated fats, trans fats raise LDL ("bad") cholesterol, but trans fats have also been shown to lower levels of HDL ("good") cholesterol. Trans fats may therefore pose greater health risks than saturated fats.

Even so, when it comes to spreads, butter isn't best! The healthiest choice is a trans-fat-free liquid or tub margarine. And because in January 2006 the Food and Drug Administration required that the trans fat content of packaged foods be included on the Nutrition Facts panel, it's easy to make an informed decision about which products to buy.

If you've been diagnosed with high cholesterol, you may elect to use one of the cholesterol-lowering margarine spreads made with phytosterols, also known as plant stanol esters. These compounds, found in sources like soybean oils, can assist in reducing blood cholesterol levels. One last piece of advice: Use all fats in moderation.

Meet the Hilariously Disgustingly Funny.

Hilarious.Disgusting.So Scary Movie-like focusing on 300, this is a movie to watch if you want a good laugh and love Scary Movie. Guys will especially love this as Malaysian Sensor board somehow was very lenient resulting in a LOT of unexpected scenes.Don't know what is the huge fuss with Faizal Tahir when you have this movie hitting the cinema.

Other than that, i went to visit the Ayam Penyet and somehow quantity has lessened.Note the word quantity not quality. Taste wise, still finger licking good.;)
