Teary chic

I used to not care less when it comes to fakes, i once bought about 3 or 4 DKNY tank tops from Petaling Street, but that's about it. I believe that the authenticity of someone's item is a personal choice.The owner did not ask our contribution, so we have no right to condemn. However, after reading an article on the net about the connection between counterfeited items and terrorism and human slavery, i took on a different standpoint.Ladies, it is rumored that the fakes that gives us a sense of style and impression are funding the activities of terrorism and white slavery.I kid you not people. For such a small price compared to the original, we are actually sacrificing a lot more, and not rightfully so. For me, the tanks that i bought were long gone and bought during my ignorance days, so i guess the little purchases are excused. However, i will refrain from buying fakes, if i can't afford them, i can't. I believe in the power of the mind, and if i believe and want an item so much, i will get them. I do not have to submit to fakes. I won't be satisfied with the fake one anyway. An expensive buy, a meager sacrifice is better than paying a small amount and having little kids slaved away for my benefit. So i'm advising anyone to stop buying and proudly hanging that fake Guess or Anya on your shoulder, you don't know how many children are sacrificed for your temporary pleasure.

To Kak Syana and family on the lost of her father. May he be in the presence of the pious ones. Words cannot express how they must be feeling now,so im ending it here. Weddings and Wonders

Its the break and i seem to be having the most stressful time ever. I keep getting into fights with my parents and brother.The Celcom broadband is yet to be installed and as i only own one white weird looking gadget to connect to it, i have to share with other siblings and its tough as sharing is something i left behind when i moved out. I need to start looking for a house next year for legal attachment, i think. All these arguments are draining.

On a much happier note, one of the kakaks is getting married and shes sharing most of the preparations with my fav. celeb Ning Baizura ! let's see, same designers, same planners, those almost make them share the same wedding right ! Now, that would be wonderful ! Mr M, i seriously hope you will be able to post pictures of her anticipated wedding soon.;).Congratulations to both couples.

Now, i need to plan on what to wear and i was thinking of something vintage and truly Malaysian.hehe.Since i lack intelligent ramblings, ill end it here.Till next time ! Cant wait to get back to college.

Cineleisure toilet vanity

My paper is on the 3rd of January but that doesn't stop me from partying. I celebrated New Year with some friends and it was loads of fun. Lets see, we went mad on the Eve, had too much to eat, and watch movies. Overall it was a nice way of celebrating a new year.Here's what i stuffed myself silly with :

Waroeng Ayam Penyet (revisited):

For Lunch and this time i have pictures. Nice, succulent crispy flattened chicken deep fried with rice. This time, we opted for Oxtail Soup and mild sauces for them, not me. Everything was sumptuous except for the Oxtail Soup which we think do not suit our palate. To each her own, i guess. the famous ayam penyetOxtail Soup

TGI Fridays :
I tried the Cajun Chicken Salad and lemonade, and friends shared the BBQ Burger,Triple Play, Margarita, Long Island Tea and Ice Lemon Tea. Mia commented that the Margarita was grrreat but i didnt taste it as i dont take alcohols ! It was the first done by the new bartended and he was so proud that he gave her a pirate hat ! Haha..Food was great and service was good so kudos to them.TGI never failed us.Sorry no pictures as i was too shy to take them with Adzmir the hottie joining us.Hahaha.

National Treasures 2 :
Incredible, and im not talking about Nicolas Cage. Great storyline, a good movie. Kudos to Nicolas Cage for a successful comeback.


Other than that, we spent the last day exploring Pavilion where i overspent of Topshop sales and Promod. Good dresses people, go check out now.
